RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned with original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, please contact us at Contact@favormode.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
EXCHANGES / STORE CREDIT
We recommend choosing store credit or exchanges when possible for faster processing.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
